Connect Contractors With a Better Lead System.
Earn Referral Compensation.
Blue Collar Conversions works with people who already know and serve contractors and local service businesses.
When you introduce a qualified business that becomes a paying Blue Collar Conversions client, we believe the person who made that introduction should be recognized and compensated.
You make the introduction. Blue Collar Conversions handles the conversation, recommendations, pricing, and client work.
Already Work Around Contractors?
The referral partner program is designed for professionals who regularly build trusted relationships with contractors, tradespeople, and local service business owners.
You do not need to sell Blue Collar Conversions or explain the technology. A useful introduction is enough.
A Simple Referral Process
Make the Introduction
Introduce Blue Collar Conversions to a contractor or local service business that may need help with missed calls, Voice AI, websites, booking, lead tracking, follow-up, or Google lead support.
We Handle the Conversation
Blue Collar Conversions reviews the business’s needs, recommends the appropriate service, explains pricing, and handles the sales and client process.
Get Paid When the Client Pays
When the referred business becomes a paying client and Blue Collar Conversions collects payment, the referral partner earns compensation based on the terms below.
Clear and Upfront Compensation
10% of the Collected Setup Fee
The referral partner receives 10% of the setup fee actually collected by Blue Collar Conversions from the referred client.
5% of Monthly Service Fees for Up to 12 Months
The referral partner receives 5% of the monthly Blue Collar Conversions service fees actually collected from the referred client for up to 12 months.
Monthly referral compensation continues only while the referred client remains active and Blue Collar Conversions receives the monthly service payment. If the client cancels before 12 months, referral compensation ends after the final collected monthly payment.
A good introduction has real value, and we believe the person who makes it should be recognized and compensated for it.
What Counts Toward Referral Compensation
Included:
- Setup fees collected by Blue Collar Conversions
- Monthly Blue Collar Conversions service fees collected while the client remains active
- Payments received for the referred client under the agreed service arrangement
Not included:
- Google, Facebook, or other advertising spend
- AI, phone, messaging, software, or other pass-through usage costs
- Taxes
- Refunds or chargebacks
- Amounts that were invoiced but never collected
- Separate third-party vendor charges
Referral compensation is based on money actually received by Blue Collar Conversions, not simply on invoices issued or agreements signed.
What Makes a Good Referral?
A good referral is a legitimate contractor or local service business that may benefit from better call handling, Voice AI, a stronger website, booking tools, lead tracking, follow-up, or local lead support.
- The business is new to Blue Collar Conversions
- The introduction is made with the business owner’s knowledge
- The business has a genuine need that Blue Collar Conversions may be able to address
- The business agrees to speak with Blue Collar Conversions
- The referral is not spam, a purchased list, or an unsolicited mass introduction
Blue Collar Conversions determines whether the business is a suitable client and which service, if any, makes sense.
